Strategic Narrative

P&G Ventures was evaluating a new product opportunity, but the research lacked a clear narrative. Armed with customer interviews, in-home listening sessions, focus group data, and audience segmentation, they partnered with Epipheo to build a cohesive story for the product.

As Creative Director, I led the development of a strategic narrative framework, aligning internal stakeholders and communicating the product's potential value to consumers. The vision on how to communicate this was undefined; so I facilitated working sessions with the client team in FigJam to synthesize research themes into three core audience motivations, guided concept development, and, ultimately, story direction for an early-stage animatic.

The work helped push the product further into development and became a rallying tool for the Ventures team, who later brought us back to support another product initiative.

Because of the sensitive nature of this project, more details can be shared only in conversation.
